How to Use:
Apply a generous amount to dry skin, including lips and eyes. Gently massage in circular motions. Add a splash of water to emulsify into a milky texture, then rinse thoroughly.
For best results, use with a Reusable Makeup Removal Cloth to wipe away any remaining residue.
